We're going to look at some recent film clips of some of the talented basketball players in the state of Michigan. These clips found on social media and were taken from various grassroots events.
Madison Coats (2028, G, Gull Lake)
Coats has been impressive this spring. You can see her attack space and score in this clip. She shows an on time and on target bounce pass post feed. Coats hits a deep 2 point jumper that looks balanced and smooth.

Alana Razor (2026, G, St. Joseph)
The Swift Elite guard definitely looks like a player to have on your radar! The left to right crossover is so quick and concise. In the second clip Razor shows impressive straight line speed with the ball, beating the defense down the floor for an easy bucket. She also shows off a physical straight line drive off the bounce.

Arisara MacDonald (2026, F, Rochester)
MacDonald is showing out with LadiesF1RST this spring. I'm immediately impressed with her ability to see the floor. MacDonald reads the action early and hits cutters with a couple dimes that lead to buckets. She uses a variety of passes, from a bounce pass to a 1 handed swing pass. MacDonald looks quick and comfortable shooting off the catch.

Baylee Andree (2027, G, Spring Lake)
The House guard has become a must see talent in Michigan's class of 2027. You can see her light feet and athleticism even in film. Andree shows a knack for touching paint off the bounce. Once she hits the paint there are examples in this film of her making plays for herself and passes for her teammates. Andree shows the ability to lean into contact, finish through it and get to the free throw line.

Ava Fetterman (2026, G, Homer)
This is a really quick single play clip. But the Mystics star doubled down and also qualified for the track state finals in the long jump over the weekend, so we felt like her clips deserved a mention. Let's be real, it's an impressive offensive possession for Fetterman. She dribbles around her defender in transition with her right and then hits 2 feet on the block. Fetterman goes up and under off 2 for the bucket.
